Annual Energy Savings Are Expected To Be Over $120,000 Per Year

Delta Building Technologies helped earn a $160,000.00 Com-Ed energy controls improvement rebate for One Superior Place, a 50-story high rise downtown Chicago apartment building managed by Greystar.  The energy efficiency improvements included a conversion to variable speed pumping on the chiller and boiler systems, and conversion of pressure dependent VAVs to pressure independent control.

The aging temperature controls were upgraded-replaced with a Delta Controls BACnet system, allowing re-programming of sequences for more efficient operation.  The entire system is operated from the state-of-the-art Delta Controls enteliWEB browser-based interface.  Annual energy savings are expected to be over $120,000.00 per year.
